Restaurant curry at home

I have spent the last 9 years of my life living in various parts of New Zealand and Australia (currently in Melbourne) and I have always been on the lookout for that authentic curry taste that I enjoyed so much in England. I have found a few places that aren't bad but nothing quite compared. British Indian curry is one of the few things that my wife and I have really missed.
A few reviews around the blocks appear to complain about the complexity, having to calculate reduced measurements for smaller quantities or the time taken to prepare. If that's what it takes to prepare a curry in the 'authentic' British Indian restaurant style then my view is either do it or stop complaining.
I can finally say, with a smile on my face and a beautiful curry in my mouth, that I now have access to that taste so there's no need to head back home any time soon.
Anyway, buy it, be prepared for some lengthy preparation but also be prepared for that wonderful taste and flavour.
